Score ≥85 auto-approves and mints the HOTEL SBT plus tokenomics; 50–84 flags for admin review; <50 auto-rejects. Replaces a 2-week manual KYB process.

Can my hotel get rejected unfairly?
Reviewable. All <85 outcomes carry a written rationale and queue at /admin for human override. The Argus admin tab shows the score breakdown so a platform operator can approve over the AI when warranted.
What happens after Hermes approves my hotel?
A HOTEL SBT (token type 2, ID 20001+) is minted on Base Sepolia. 100K $HERMES tokens enter your treasury (Era 1 — halves every 108 hotels): 50% staked, 29% to Sage operations, 20% to Bitsy guest wallet, 1% to protocol pool.
